Inspiring you to reach your potential, achieve your goals and take your first steps towards a successful career.

Who Are We?

Careers4u is a growing professional careers company based in Cornwall which aims to inspire and guide young people about the world of work and the options available to them.

This is delivered through high quality, impartial Careers Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) via face-to-face services, the Careers4u website and social media platforms.

As we’re based in Cornwall, we tailor the information and advice we provide around the opportunities within Cornwall – whilst still being mindful of the national picture and the world of work in general.

By working in partnership with others, we aim to increase the access which young people have to high quality careers information, as well as face-to-face contact with inspiring, qualified and experienced careers advisers, who help young people to make informed choices, raise their aspirations and achieve their goals.

We’re a not for profit social enterprise, with the mission to give as much back to our customers and the community as we can.

Our friendly team of experienced Careers Advisers will guide you through your options and make sure you have all the information you need.

How We Can Help

Schools and Academies are now responsible for ensuring that all registered pupils from Year 8-13 are provided with independent careers guidance. (Department for Education, April 2017 and Jan 2018).

Our professional, highly experienced Careers Advisers and Consultants help Schools and Academies to meet these statutory duties by working with them to identify their needs and develop individual bespoke packages of support for them and their students.

As a young person, or a parent or carer of a young person, you can trust that we hold your best interests at the heart of all we do. Our fully qualified and experienced Careers Advisers tailor their sessions to meet individual needs, offer guidance, help individuals set goals and support them with decision making at times of transition.
